Pengaruh Variabel Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Industri Pariwisata Berbasis Ekonomi Kerakyatan

Abstract


The problem that has arisen is that the administration of the State is expected to be able to manage the economy of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the Pancasila Economy, which is a democratic economic governance system based on the Pancasila Economic system. The research objective is to determine the number of tourists visiting from abroad which will affect the tourism industry based on the populist economy. The Supply Chain Management system will be implemented properly. Quantitative Research Methods are needed Research related to human resource management variables using quantitative methods with the independent variable the quantity of foreign tourists visiting with the data on the number of tourists visiting the dependent variable on the consumption of souvenirs of creative economy products based on people's economy as a tourist destination with the intention of facilitating supply demand thereby increasing the welfare of society by using the t test proved significant that 4.876 is greater than t table 2.0315, and F test (1.34.5%) 23.779 is greater than F table 3.654.
