Pengaruh Literasi Ekonomi, Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Perilaku Konsumsi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 Universitas Negeri Malang
Abstract
This study aims to explain whether there is an influence between economic literacy, parents' socioeconomic status and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of students of economic education class of 2019 State University of Malang. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type. The instruments in the study were a questionnaire and a written test. Respondents amounted to 98 students. The results showed that (1) economic literacy had a significant positive effect on student consumption behavior of 5.54%; (2) the socioeconomic status of parents has a significant positive effect on the consumption behavior of students by 7.03%; (3) lifestyle has a significant effect on student consumption behavior by 60.15%; (4) simultaneously economic literacy, parents' socioeconomic status and lifestyle have a significant positive effect on student consumption behavior of 72.7%.
