Biblioterapi: Pengembangan Resiliensi Individu di Era Covid 19

Abstract


Keberadaan virus Covid-19 menjadi stresor bagi individu yang mengakibatkan munculnya masalah psikologis seperti kecemasan,ketakutan dan stres. Agar masalah psikologis tersebut tidak dialami, maka perlu dilakukan upaya pengembangan resiliensi individu. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan individu dalam bertahan dan bangkit dari problematika yang sedang terjadi dalam kehidupannya.Upaya mengembangkan resiliensi individu di era covid 19, dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Biblioterapi. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur. Data data yang digunakan dalam makalah ini di dapatkan melalui database google scholar. Sebagai sebuah intervensi bibliotherapi efektif, dapat digunakan, dan menarik dalam pengembangan resiliensi individu.
