Best Practice Praktik Bimbingan dan Konseling di Luar Sekolah sebagai Model Merdeka Belajar
Abstract
This article is not the result of research, but rather a report on the implementation of the Guidance and Counseling Practice Outside School as one of the independent learning models. The aim is to give students the freedom to sort and choose practice locations that at the same time empower students to participate in building their villages. The method or strategy used is the strategy of developing villages. The results of the implementation of the independent learning model can be categorized very effectively, because it has a double value, namely: students are given the opportunity to innovate and be creative in providing counseling guidance services; the learning burden of students in the sixth semester becomes lighter, the period of practice becomes more flexible.
