Menilai Kesesuaian Pendekatan Konseling Humanistik, Psikodinamik, dan Behavioristik Dalam Konteks Budaya

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai kesesuaian pendekatan konseling ditinjau dari perspektif pendekatan humanistik, psikodinamik, dan behavioristik dalam konteks budaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan teknik analisis data yakni analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Humanistik, Psikodinamik dan Behavioristik sesuai digunakan untuk konseling terkait budaya. Hal ini dikarenakan setiap pendekatan berusaha untuk memelihara budaya konseli dalam proses konseling, tidak ada upaya pemaksaan internalisasi nilai-nilai konselor ke dalam diri konseli.
