BUKAN SEKEDAR SUBSIDI PULSA, UNTUK MENGURANGI ANGKA PUTUS SEKOLAH DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
Abstrak: Subdisi pulsa bagi guru dan siswa mulai digulirkan September 2020 untuk dukung pembelajaran jarak jauh, akibat pandemi covid-19, penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Sayangnya pemerintah mengabaikan potensi terjadinya putus sekolah, persoalan yang lebih mendasar dan tidak terselesaikan di Indonesia sejak 31 tahun yang lalu, sementara orde terus berganti. Kertas kerja ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran, bahwa bukan sekedar subsidi pulsa, untuk mengurangi angka putus sekolah dampak pandemi covid-19. Data digali melalui berbagai hasil publikasi ilmiah terkait pandemi. Hasilnya secara terperinci di dalam artikel ini, disertai dengan pembahasan subsidi pulsa dan berbagai kebijakan tanggap covid-19 dan manajemen pendidikan untuk mengurangi dampak covid-19 terhadap angka putus sekolah.
