PENGEMBANGAN KEPEMIMPINAN DIRI PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER
Abstract
Abstract: The research is titled "DevelopmentNof Learners' Self-Leadership through Character Education Management". This research aimsnto determine andnanalyze: (1) Planning,n(2). Implementation (3). Implementationn(4). Evaluation.nThis researchnuses a qualitativenapproach with descriptive methods. Datancollection is carriednout by triangulationmtechniques using interviews, documentnstudies, and fieldnobservations. With researchnsubjects, principals, teachers and learners. Datananalysis is carriednout throughndata reduction,ndata presentation,nand Conclusions. The main findings of this study are: (1) Character education planning in the development of noble morals in junior high school is structured quite well and systematically, but its implementation faces several obstacles, namely human resources (2). The implementation has been run in accordance with the program with the same prinsip understanding, responsible commitment, although itnhas notnbeen supportednby adequate work analysis.n(3) Implementationbhas gonenwell. (4) Evaluasi in accordance with thenschool's future worknprogram, however,nit has not beennfollowed upnwith innovativenprograms that suit thenneeds. Recommendations for this research are conveyed to various parties, including the Principal, so that planning is supported by adequate teacher resources. Organizing must first conduct an analysis of the work. Implementation must pay attention to the resources at its disposal to achieve the target effectively and efficiently. Evaluation is recommended to pay attention to the results obtained during the implementation so that the program is sustainable.

Abstrak: Penelitian berjudul "Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Diri Peserta Didik melalui Manajemen Pendidikan Karakter". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memutuskan dan menganalisis: (1) Perencanaan, (2). Penyelenggaraan (3). Implementasi (4). Evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumen, dan pengamatan lapangan. Dengan subjek penelitian, kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan Kesimpulan. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perencanaan pendidikan karakter dalam perkembangan akhlak mulia di SMP terstruktur cukup baik dan secara sistematis, namun pelaksanaannya menghadapi beberapa kendala, yaitu sumber daya manusia (2). Penyelenggaraan telah berjalan sesuai dengan program dengan prinsip yang sama pemahaman, komitmen yang bertanggung jawab, meskipun belum didukung oleh analisis pekerjaan yang memadai. (3) Implementasi telah berjalan dengan baik. (4) Evaluasi sesuai dengan program kerja sekolah di masa depan, namun, belum ditindaklanjuti dengan program-program inovatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian ini disampaikan ke berbagai pihak, termasuk Kepala sekolah, sehingga perencanaan didukung oleh sumber daya guru yang memadai. Pengorganisasian pertama-tama harus melakukan analisis pekerjaan. Implementasi harus memperhatikan sumberndaya yangndimiliki di untuknmencapai target secaranefektif dannefisien. Evaluasi disarankan untuk memperhatikan terhadap hasil yang diperoleh selama pelaksanaan agar program berkelanjutan.
